Mary Joy Dingler

Practice
Mary Joy is an associate attorney at JMMK. She focuses her practice on representing clients in land use and real estate matters. Mary Joy’s career started at a small firm where she gained experience in a breadth of real estate matters ranging from transactional work to litigation. A lifelong resident of the east side, Mary Joy is thrilled to be at JMMK exercising her passion for land use and real estate law.
During law school, Mary Joy was an editor of lead articles for Seattle University Law Review, an executive member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and was an active mock trial participant, competing at a national, regional, and local level. She also earned membership to the Order of the Barristers.
In her free time, Mary Joy enjoys reading, cooking, and going on walks with her dog.
